AADE Launches New Digital App for Taxpayers with Joint Liability Debts

The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) has launched a new digital application that gives taxpayers immediate visibility into certified debts held by legal entities or organisations for which they bear joint and several liability.

What the New Application Offers

As of 24 April 2026, taxpayers can now access detailed information on:

  • Debts arising from their participation in the management or representation of legal entities or organisations for which they are jointly liable under Article 49 of the Tax Procedures Code (Law 5104/2024)

  • The status of those debts — including whether they are subject to an instalment arrangement

  • Details of any active or lapsed instalment arrangement

How to Access the Application

The application is accessible through the myAADE digital portal (myaade.gov.gr) by following the path:

My Account (Debts, Payments & Refunds) → Debts from Joint Liability

Why This Matters

This tool is particularly useful for directors, board members, and legal representatives of companies who may have joint liability for corporate tax debts. It facilitates re-entry into lapsed debt settlement arrangements, helping taxpayers regularise their position with the tax authority more efficiently.

Contact & Support

For further information, taxpayers can contact the AADE Taxpayer Service Centre (my1521):

  • By phone: Call 1521 (free of charge), Monday to Friday, 07:00–20:00

  • Digitally: Via the my1521 platform (24/7) — select: Tax Collection Issues → Arrangements and Debts of Natural Persons → Debts of Natural Persons → Information on debts from joint liability (corporate debts)
